Training: Graduated from Carolina School of Massage Therapy in 1992. She also has a Health Sciences Deree from Northeastern University in Boston. In addition to massage training she has extensive training in Craniosacral Therapy.
Techniques: Elena Has been a massage therapist since 1992. She uses a combination of styles to get the best results for each client. She is skilled at working with back pain, headaches and issues stemming from auto accidents. She is good at getting to the root of the ache or pain her clients bring to her. She specializes in cranial sacral therapy.

Chelsea Heath, LMT #12078, Certified Rolfer
Chelsea began as a Chiropractic assistant in 2003, and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2004 after graduating from Lane Community college. She began her Rolfing SI® training and practice in 2010, becoming a certified Rolfer in 2012 after graduating from The Rolf Institute for Structural Integration®. Through Rolfing sessions Chelsea helps clients undo dysfunctional movement and postural patterns that cause pain. Clients report less pain, ease of movement and the ability to return to activities they love after receiving rolfing sessions.

Training: She graduated from the Swedish Institute in New York City in 2000.
Techniques: Anna combines elements from swedish and shiatsu, she creates a session that is strong, focused, nurturing, intuitive, and effective. She is especially skilled in deep tissue massage. After receiving a massage from Anna clients have reported feeling rejuvinated, increased range of motion, ability to do activities that they couldn’t do previously due to injury or overuse, a deep sense of relaxation, reduced pain, and an overall sense of well being.

Techniques: Stacy’s relaxing massages are known for their stress reducing abilities and does an amazing face and head massage. She is skilled at working with specific problems a client may have and has a gentle and effective massage style.

Techniques: Matt has extensive training in Orthopedic Massage and Hot stone massage. He uses his Orthopedic training to get to the root cause of a client’s ache or pain, providing effective and lasting results for his clients. He is skilled at relaxation massage, and his slow and deliberate style allows clients to let go and experience a deep relaxation.
